Adding Users through Google Apps Marketplace

Navigate Google Apps Marketplace >Search ZilicusPM>Add it >Select User>Disable

1. As you login to Google Apps Marketplace & add ZilicusPM you will be taken to following  screen

2. You need to click on I, Agree. Continue.  When you click on this button, you will be taken to following screen

3. Here you need to ‘Grant Data Access’ to ZilicusPM in order to fetch data for you.

4. Next you will be taken to following screen/page.

5. As a new user of ZilicusPM, you need to select second option ‘I want to create a new ZilicusPM account’. Once you click on it, you will be taken to following/sign up page.

6. As an administrator, you can invite your colleagues to ZilicuspM in following steps. You can select desired set of users by marking the checkboxes against employee names.

7. Next you can establish their designation, reporting & roles through following page.

8. Now you are ready to use ZilicusPM application.
9. If you are an existing user of ZilicusPM, you can map your ZilicusPM account to Google Apps Id by selecting first option in step 4. And you will be taken to following page. In this page, you will supply your ZilicusPM credential (in case you already have ZilicusPM account) and map it to your Google Apps Id.
