Navigate Admin>User Setup>Users>Select User>Edit
To update existing user's organization level cost and billing rate details, select a user & click on Edit button in Users box at the top of workspace within Admin page as shown above, then click on ‘Default Cost and Billing Rates’ tab in the window as shown below. These rates will be shown as default rates whenever a given team member is added to project. Of course, project manager can change these rates in the context of the project he/she owns.
These rates are in user’s currency as per locale and always considered as per hour rate.
