Timesheet Summary Report

This report gives tabulated information of Timesheet data submitted for all users present in your organization as registered in ZilicusPM. This information is grouped for week's duration for a given date range and grouped by team member.

Navigate  Reports Tab > Look for Reports section in the left panel > Click on 'Timesheet Report' word-link





1. As you click on the link stated above, box will open up that will ask you to select a date range between which you wish to view resource availability report

2. Select a date range & click Ok

3. A report will be displayed similar to above report. Find out how to read Timesheet Report in subsequent section.

4. You can export this report into a PDF format file by clicking on 'Export to PDF' button (green coloured) at the top-right side of the main workspace area.






Reading Timesheet Report

 


  • The heading of the report gives the name the project, displayed the date range for which the report is generated
  • The information in the report is further grouped by weeks, with latest week appearing at the top followed by week prior to it and so on
  • For a given week, total hours per user as submitted and approved in timesheet will be displayed as follows
  • For each week, a table is displayed which shows details as




◦ Name of Team Member

◦ Billable Hours

◦ Non-Billable Hours

◦ Total hours






  • As a summary for a week, you can see, for all user, what was the billable, non-billable and total hours recorded. i.e. For a given project, in a given week, what was the total billable hours,non-billable hours, total hours are recorded.
