Create Confidential Folder

What is Confidential Folder? 

Projects may have sensitive information which project manager would like to keep it cofidential and it should not be visible to team members. ZilicusPM provides you an unique feature, that allows Project Manager for a given project to create a confidential folder. All the contents within this confidential folder can only be seen by Project Manager alone.

 

Navigate Projects> Select a Project > Click on 'Go To Workspace' link > Project Workspace > Documents bar in left panel > Click on 'Add Folder' Icon in the same panel

1. As you click on Add Folder icon, adjacent to it, a 'Add Folder' box is shown as follows





2. Provide the Folder Name and tick through the check box against 'Confidential'

3. click on Save

Note: This folder and its content are accessible only to the project manager of a given project.
