If you are in Issue Details page, you can Re-assign the issue to anybody in your team.
1. As you click on Reassign Issue Link (as shown below) a box will be displayed
2. In the drop down list, you can select a user
3. You can provide comment as necessary, justifying reassignment
4. Click on save.
This enhancement will allow users to reassign issues back to the reporter. Previously, whenever issue is resolved, it would automatically be assigned to reporter, sometimes users need to ‘Assign issue’ back to reporter (especially their customers), if users is looking for additional information about a given issue.
Users can assign issue to reporter anytime during the lifecyle of an issue, even before resolving it.
