Issue Status & Workflow
Navigate Projects> Select Project > Click on 'Go To Workspace' link > Project Workspace > Issue bar in left panel > Click on 'All Issues' > In the workspace area on right side, click on desired issue
- ZilicusPM has designed a generic issue workflow as shown below & issue can be changed for its status at different stages in accordance with this workflow.
- There are various ways you can change issue status
New -> Accept
New -> Resolve
Accept -> Resolve
Resolve -> Verify & Close
Closed -> Reopen
And at any state (except Closed), you can Reassign issue to your colleagues.
