Navigate Projects> Select Project > Click on 'Go To Workspace' link > Project Workspace > Issue bar in left panel > Click on 'All Issues' or ‘My Active Issues’ > In the workspace area on right side, click on desired issue >
1. As you click on one of the issues listed, you will be taken to issue details page
2. You can update following details for a given issue
- Edit Issue – It will popup a edit issue box
- Reassign Issue – Assign issue to some other member in your team
- Accept Issue – You acknowledge issue in the project.
- Resolve Issue – You conclude issue status by providing appropriate resolution.
- Add comments to issue
- Add files to issue
