At the time of creating project, project manager can set budget for a given project in the first section as shown below.

Navigate Project > Create Project > Budget and Billing Details tab

At the time of creating project, project manager can set billing option for a given project as shown below.




Update Project Budget

Navigate Project > Create Project > Budget and Billing Details tab

Even though project budget is entered at the time of creation of project, project owner can modify it in the project workspace, at any time as shown below.
