Risks in Dashboard
Navigate Projects tab > view through list of Recent/Ongoing Project > click on a project link – 'Go To Workspace' > workspace > within Overview section in left panel > Click on 'Project Dashboard' > View main workspace area on right side
1. ZilicusPM nicely represent visual summary of Risks in a given project. It uses heat map to visualize the risks as shown below. It is a 2 by 2 matrix that has risk probability on y-axis and risk impact along x-axis and a number within cells represents number of risks applicable in that category (e.g. Likely & Major)
2. This dashboard is accessible to everyone in your team hence makes the project progress transparent with your team members. Here is the list of things what you can see in Project Dashboard.
3. The summary of all risks for all category is shown at the bottom of Risks Portlet/box in the dashboard as [Total Risks : 5 Open : 2 Reviewed : 3 Closed : 0 (*Closed risks)]
