ZilicusPM provides you tailor made reports to view Risks in project. You can check risk register and updates to it through these reports.

 

Risks Reported by Me

Navigate  Projects> Select a Project > Click on 'Go To Workspace' link > Project Workspace > Risk bar in left panel > Click on 'Risks Reported by Me' in the same panel


1. As you click on the above report link, a list is shown in the main workspace. It is a list of risks, reported by you.

Navigating Through Reports 


  • You can click on any one of the risk through summary column
  • You will be taken to risk details page
  • Still you can navigate through rest of the risk in the same report by clicking on forward or backward links


Risks to be reviewed

Navigate  Projects> Select a Project > Click on 'Go To Workspace' link > Project Workspace > Risk bar in left panel > Click on 'Risks To be Reviewed' in the same panel





  1. Whenever a new risk is submitted, it gets assigned to Project Manager, so that he can review it.
  2. As you click on the above report link, a list is shown in the main workspace. It is a list of risks, as a project manager, you are expected to review.
  3. Put it simply, if you want to see, what all risks, you need to review you can check this report.

Reviewed Risks assigned to me

Navigate  Projects> Select a Project > Click on 'Go To Workspace' link > Project Workspace > Risk bar in left panel > Click on 'Reviewed Risks Assigned To Me' in the same panel


1. As a project manager completes review of any risk and delegate it to you as a team member to work on it, you can check which all risks are assigned to you.

  • Still you can navigate through rest of the risk in the same report by clicking on forward or backward links





All Risks

Navigate  Projects> Select a Project > Click on 'Go To Workspace' link > Project Workspace > Risk bar in left panel > Click on 'All Risks' in the same panel



  1. This is comprehensive report of all risks reported in a given project.
  2. All the risks with status – Open, reviewed, Closed will be listed here.
  3. This report enlists all risk given details of: Risk Number, Risk Summary, Assigned To, Status, Risk Type, created On. Reported By, Likely Occurrence Date
  4. You can click on any given risk & still navigate in the same report.
