Task Progress in Dashboard

Navigate  Projects tab > view through list of Recent/Ongoing Project > click on a project link – 'Go To Workspace' > workspace > within Overview section in left panel > Click on 'Project Dashboard' > View main workspace area on right side





This dashboard is accessible to everyone in your team hence makes the project progress transparent with your team members. Here is the list of things what you can see in Project Dashboard.

1. Progress (Planned vs Actual)

2. Tasks (In Progress, Not Started, Completed)

3. Issues (Based on priority – All)

4. Risks (Open, Closed, Reviewed & Impact Grid)

5. Project Timeline (Planned, Slippage, Actual)

6. Resource Utilization

Out of these portlets, (1, 3, 5) gives a task progress for a given project.

View Task Progress in Gantt Chart

Navigate  Projects> Select Project > Click on 'Go To Workspace' link > Project Workspace > Tasks bar in left panel > View right side of the workspace


  1. For each project tasks, you can see: its durations, start date, due date, dependency on other task, which resource it is assigned to and other such details, through Gantt Chart - at one go!
  2. For each tasks, you can also check progress made. For a given task, if you are able to see a progress indicator through a colour filled bar. For a tasks, which is marked as completed will have its bar completely coloured with blue colour. (or as relevant at the time of viewing)
