Set Task Dependency
Navigate Project workspace > Task Panel in left side > Task Schedule > Interactive Gantt
You can also set all types of dependency among tasks interactively using mouse. As you place mouse from desired predecessors (start of the task bar/ end of task bar) while noticing the adjacent green circle, you can drag mouse to desired successor task’s end/start position of the task bar until you see a tick through circle [From: Task X] and drop it. You have set the dependency between two tasks.
Zoom Level in Interactive Gantt: Project planners can now set zoom level even within Interactive Gantt chart to ‘Weekly’, ‘Monthly’, ‘Quarterly’ or ‘Yearly’ view. The option to set zoom level is available along with other menu options.
Important Note: Any change done in interactive Gantt is NOT saved automatically, user will HAVE to manually click on Save button in the interactive Gantt to ensure all the change done will be saved.
If user tries to exit without saving new changes to project schedule, he/she is prompted to save unsaved changes as shown below.
