Reorder Tasks List

You can change order of tasks using mouse drag-drop operations. ZilicusPM will move the task to desired place in the task list.

Navigate Projects> Select Project > Workspace > Tasks tab in left panel > Project Schedule > click on desired task to move and drag it to desired location in the list and drop it.

Sort Tasks List

You can sort tasks list based on your preferred column shown in Task list (say Task name, duration, start date, due, date, etc) and ZilicusPM will very quickly apply sorting and show tasks in the sorted order within Task list and Gantt chart.

Navigate Projects> Select Project > Workspace > Tasks tab in left panel > Project Schedule > Task List > Columns shown below





 

Note: You can also select which all columns you would like to view in the task list. You can tick through the check box shown above e.g. UID, Type are unselected above.
