Allow Team Member to Modify Schedule
Navigate Home> Projects >Select Ongoing Project > Project Workspace >Project Overview > Team Details
ZilicusPM enables project owner to elevate privilege of selected team members to modify project schedule.
As highlighted in above screenshot, project manager can ‘Allow Task Schedule Edit’ to a given project team member. Once it is clicked, those specific team members will be able to change project schedule (add/delete/modify tasks, assignments), in subsequent login.
Note: This functionality is in addition to ‘Project Group > Group Lead > Can Modify Schedule’. In order to allow a team member to modify schedule, either of these functionalities can be used (i.e. it works in ‘Either Or’ fashion).
